Rebuilt carousels

Save on rebuilt horizontal carousel equipment.  A family business with over 15 years of carousel rebuilding experience, AS/R offers our rebuilt product at roughly 60% the cost of a new system.  During the rebuilding stages, every necessary component is meticulously cleaned, checked and rebuilt by AS/R’s experienced staff. Software Integration

AS/R's custom Software  custom is designed to maximize carousel efficiency while simultaneously controlling off-carousel items with RF devices.   The application can be designed as a transaction processor where instructions are processed for the host systems or warehouse manager, where the system manages the activities of the center and reports back to the host.  Click here for more information.

Installation services offered by AS/R complementing our carousel solution include pick-to-light systems, carousel software design, full system integration, and warehouse management systems.

AS/R Systems not only designs and implements carousel systems across North America, but also offers complete 24 hour service and support.  With an extensive background in complete carousel rebuilds, our maintenance and service staff can accurately diagnose and solve any carousel issue you may be experiencing.  Ask about our preventative maintenance programs where carousel components are systematically checked on a periodic basis to help reduce downtime and to ensure units are functioning to specification.
